Roast my config

Hey nix-chads.

I’ve been polishing my config for a while now. I'm pretty happy with how clean the structure turned out.
I’m looking for some solid feedback to take it to the next level. Take a look and tear it apart. Point out any bad habits, overengineered parts, or hidden anti-patterns I might have missed.

Be as brutal as you want, I can take it(prob will fight for it).

I'm pretty new to Nix, but I think this is pretty great to me! You have one set of configs for multiple hosts. That's the dream! Thank you for sharing
