If you are an arch user and see this, are there any reason why you use an arch or arch-based Linux distribution? I've used arch before, but it's too insecure and unstable for my liking.
Also, are there anybody who uses arch on a server/VPS?
Why are you using Arch Linux?
I don't use Arch as a desktop or server system anymore. I have it in a VM as a playground of sorts. The large package base, fairly minimal default installation, and the lack of guardrails make it ideal to dick around in. Currently in the VM I'm playing around with all the systemd unit types and trying to learn more about them. Doing it in an Arch VM is nice because it's a lot more convenient (and safe!) than doing it on my host system

So i decided to start using arch because i kept seeing it was labeled as "hard". Having never used linux before I figured that would be a good challenge, and it was. I enjoyed every thing i broke in the process of learning how things work. I'm still learning how things work but having started on arch, I just see it as another distro. I've followed a lot of Tony's tutorials on installing linux and have since decided to move to Void. It might not have maximum neofetch flex potential to something like crux or chimera but it's different and i enjoy it. I have installed crux, chimera and guix following Tony's guides lol so yeah its essentially the same few commands to install any distro.

One isn't that much harder than another.
It's mostly different pre installed software and the package manager.
In my eyes endevour and arch and cachy is more or less exactly the same.
